Maybe you get the same problem as mine .

I first posted a message on this list but I never
receives a answer

http://lists.us.dell.com/pipermail/linux-aacraid-devel/2003-May/000745.html

so I reposted the same message on linux-smp list

http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?t=105320125800003&r=1&w=2

and alan cox gave me some pieces of information. First
of all I invite you to test the new version of aacraid
driver alan posted on its web site

http://domsch.com/linux/aacraid/aacraid-2003-05-05-test.tgz

Secondly, if this doesn't work, I contacted adaptec
support ( for my RAID SCSI adapter ) and they said to
me I had to place a terminator on the out connector of
the backplane ( it seems the mine doesn't have an
active terminator included -- http://www.samcheer.com
--> products --> disk array module --> sc-r34A ).

So I ordered one and I am waiting for it.
... I hope this will help my problem.

Hope this information will help you to solve your
problem, if not but you will find a solution for it,
it will be nice you send me your solution.

vincent.
