Also, what is the firmware version that is on the card. I would like to compare and see if there is a significant difference. Also, what are you using for load? I've been running multiple runs of bonnie and 4 copies of setiathome for long durations which has consistantly caused timeouts within 3 days (100% of the time). It seems to be a combination of I/O and CPU load that does it...
