Hi, I could use some help for this: one of the disks in my PowerEdge 2650 with Perc3/Di is failing, and I'm getting a replacement disk later today. What I need to do now is initiate a failover to the hot spare disk, and then power off the failing disk in order to replace it. (No downtime is my goal, as you can imagine.) So my question, how do I initiate a failover (from ID 2, which is failing, to my configured hot spare)? And then, how do I power off the disk 2 in order to remove it? I imagine something along the lines of afacli open afa0 disk blink 2 enclusure prepare 2 Thanks for any hints you might be giving, Alex My config: Debian 3.0, kernel 2.4.20, 5x 73GB (1 hot spare, RAID-5 for the other 4), aacraid driver.
