Errors in /var/log/messages

Hello,

Our system is setup as follows:

DELL Poweredge 2650
2 x 1gb ram
Perc 3/Di
3 x 36gb 15K U160 drives in RAID 5
Redhat Linux 7.3 running the included aacraid driver

The server has been up and running for about 7 months now without issue.
However the 2 nights ago when I had logged in via console redirect I
noticed this error on the console:

aacraid:RAID5 Container 0 Drive 0:0:0 Failure
aacraid:RAID5 Failover Container 0 No Failover Assigned
aacraid:Drive 0:0:0 returning error

I immediately called DELL to walk me through bringing the drive back on
line because I have no experience with afacli or the Perc 3/Di
controller.  After about 20 minutes of talking with the tech we had
finally removed the dead partition and set the container to rebuild.

Since then I have setup monitoring on /var/log/messages for the aacraid
errors.  Today I received the following errors:

Are these issues I should be concerned with?  Of note is disk 0 was the
problem before, but on the 5th I had a "Error Event" on disk 2.  Today
you can see a "Error Event" on disk 0.

What is a BBR sequence?  Are these errors normal or do they indicate a
problem?  Should I have disk 0 replace since it has already been knocked
out of the array once before?  The afacli diag text looks like any
problem that happened was corrected on disk 0, but I don't see any
correction for the disk 2 error.  How often should I receive these
errors?  What causes these errors?
