The missing file during bootup is a known error which is fixed in the latest
internal DKMS.  I also recently changed DKMS to look for a file called
modinfo instead of module-info.  As well, you have pointed out the missing
rhdd-6.1.  Turns out I was creating the file but forgetting to put it in the
image.  These are now resolved.

Tesfamariam here points out that your modules.dep is empty.  It should read
"aacraid: scsi_mod".  Please make this modification and let us know how this
goes.  Though, I wouldn't think that without this it should tell you its an
invalid disk, so I'm still skeptical.  If you'd like, I can also send you
the latest internal dkms which has the above fixes in it.
