Mark, has there been a released version of the aacraid driver that contains the workaround for the Host adaptor reset problem in the 2650's? The workaround waited an additional 60 seconds in aac_eh_reset handler to allow the firmware to complete its flush. Do any of the versions above contain it? If so, could someone post a URL to the source?
