Errors and hang with 2.6.0 kernel

Hi...

I am booting up with the 2.6.0 kernel and compiled for x86_64
(Opterons). And I am booting off of the raid array.

It is a dual Opteron with 6G of RAM.

On boot the machine hangs and dumps the following errors:

Then it spews a bunch of I/O Errors. 

In x86_64 I have not been able to get this machine to even boot and it
often will actually corrupt the data on the drives. I have tried
multiple 2.4 kernels and 2.6 tests and now the 2.6.0 release. 

Any suggestions?
