I'm having a few issue:
I have installed the CLI utilies on my Linux box and would like to
recondition the batteries.
The issue is, the utility says that battery is not present. That's not
possible as last year I reconditioned them.
I have the latest version (2.6) of the utility
also when I say:
AFA0> controller battery_recondition
It does not recognize the command.
Here are the two outputs:
Controller Information
----------------------
Controller Information
----------------------
Remote Computer: .
Device Name: AFA0
Controller Type: PERC 3/Si
Access Mode: READ-WRITE
Controller Serial Number: Last Six Digits = 800AD0
Number of Buses: 1
Devices per Bus: 15
Controller CPU: i960 R series
Controller CPU Speed: 100 Mhz
Controller Memory: 62 Mbytes
Battery State: Not Present
AFA0> controller battery_recondition
Parsing Error: <Unrecognized subcommand>
>>> controller battery_recondition
>>>
The funny thing is under help this option exists, but disappears once I open
the controller.
PLEASE HELP!
Thankx
CC
