That isn't a tested configuration by Dell, we can't officially support
you with this configuration.  You are strongly encouraged to use Red Hat
Enterprise Linux 2.1, Red Hat Linux 7.3, or above with that server type.

That said, you need the megaraid driver (not aacraid), 1.18f or
thereabouts.  You can get that from http://domsch.com/linux/.  You also
need a patch, posted to the [email protected] mailing list
on Jan 2 to get the driver to compile against a 2.2.x kernel.  See the
archives of that list at http://lists.us.dell.com/.

RHL6.2 has a 2.2.x kernel, which doesn't have the IOAPIC address
alignment fix work that's in recent 2.4.x kernels.  You'll likely need
to run with 'noapic' mode.
