Hey Alexander, Emerge'ing CVS and using the latest drivers worked! (I was using the CVS snapshot previously). Thanks -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Alexander Steppke Sent: Monday, November 08, 2004 12:08 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [at76c503a-user] Compilation issue: usb_dec_dev_use error Hi Mark, I could not find anything specific in your error messages. I tried to compile the driver myself one hour ago on a gentoo system too and it works without problems. Maybe it helps to update your kernel to 2.6.9 (gentoo-dev-sources) and to get the latest driver version from cvs. There a instructions how to do this on the driver website, you need to emerge cvs though. Hope this helps. Alexander Steppke Mark wrote: > I am having compilation issues with this driver.
