CVS Snapshot make errors k. 2.6.9

Hi,

I've just compiled kernel 2.6.9 on my Slackware current linux system.
When I'm trying to install CVS root snapshot(make command) it reports error:

Can anyone help me on this issue please ?
I've got Berlios driver working with Slackware kernel v. 2.4.27(it was 
simle: make/make install), but no luck with v 2.6.9...
