	Bah.  Sent with wrong account so i'll respond again.  I'm using ohci on both my machines so it could possibly be something with uhci.  Was there anything interesting in /var/log/messages?  Which distro are you using and is this a kernel you built yourself?  You could try loading the driver with debug option on and see what it spits out.
