help with wifi usb adapters :)

hi friends!

My name is Andrea and i'm from italy :) i'm a newbie of linux, and i'm tring 
to make work the ‎at76c503-rfmd with:

v_id:  069a
p_id: 0321  (i think with Rev_0100 version)

i'm currently using: 2.6.8.1-12mdk

i've read http://www.jennings.homelinux.net/atmel_92.html but i dont know 
what to do!

in the kd3 hardware configuration tool i can see linux reconizes the wifi 
adapter so it puts its in the ethernet cards list... but it became without a 
valid NAME! °_° so i try to launch the configuration tool it tells me to 
load manually a driver and write a "netdev_name" and debug!

i've done a shot ( http://nkjoep.altervista.org/wifi_shot.png ) how you can 
see there isnt the name in the device list!! (it's in italian sorry :P)

so... what must i do?
