Re: 0.13rc1 released.

Please test 0.13 final. It seems to me that we need special firmware
for wpa support. But it is not available for some types of card (e.g.
505-rfmd2958 as I have).  For firmware see
http://www.thekelleys.org.uk/atmel/ and find if there is firmware for
your card with wpa suffix.
