  Searching for at76c503 in ATMEL's page gives you direct link to
http://www.atmel.com/dyn/resources/prod_documents/1949S.PDF . The
problem is described in the right bottom corner of the first page,
written with not-so-big letters. They will require you to sign NDA with
ATMEL.
