I thought that I tried it with version "0.17", but now I found out that:

$ find /lib/modules/2.6.22-14-generic -type f|grep at76|xargs ls -loh

So version "0.14beta1" came with Ubuntu (7.10)... maybe it tested the
old version... I gonna try it again.
