version 0.11 released

Hi all,

I've just released version 0.11beta6 as 0.11 and updated the webpages.
I'm currently trying to merge the kernel 2.6 branch back into the main
trunk to get a single code base for 2.4 and 2.6.

As this implies major code changes the cvs snapshot may become
more unstable than it was in the last months.
