I don't understand this language either, but there is a link to
a driver whose .inf file mentions wusb11_30 ...

I've never owned or disassembled one of these.
I'd first try wlan-ng, with your USB id added.

If this fails and your device got an FCC id, try to look at the internal
pictures of it at
https://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/prod/oet/cf/eas/reports/GenericSearch.cfm

Try to figure out the names of the main ICs on these pictures or in your
device.

IMHO rubber foots are no warranty seals (unless they say
"warranty void if removed") :-)
