Hello, trying to use my WUSB11 2.6 on my laptop with my SMC wireless router.
I think what's basically happening is it can't find the access point. It
appears to work, once it was even sending packets according to ifconfig but
I still couldnt ping the router or any other machines.
dmesg with extra debug info after iwconfig/ifconfig:
hub 1-0:1.0: new USB device on port 1, assigned address 6

Any help/ideas appreciated. I am running gentoo linux with a 2.6 kernel. I
made sure that the router is working and set correctly (I believe... is it
ok to leave Base speed at auto? (1/2 mbs) and Speed at auto (max is 11mbs)?)
Thanks.
