Help, can't find this situation anywhere linksys

I have successfully <--what i thought anyway..  , Installed the berlios atmel driver for my linksys wusb11 v2.6 adapter.  however , below is the results of syslog when plugging the device in , and below that is results of iwconfig after configuring the device to my essid etc..  

If you have any ideas please let me know..
