no, this is a 802.11b+ device (capable of 22MBit/s with PBCC modulation -
the propriatery extension of TI to 802.11b before 802.11g was finished).
Cannot be an Atmel 503a or 505 inside, these are 802.11b chips.

My guess is that this device contains a TI chipset - the ids are blurred
on the FCC pictures.

The acx100 Linux driver
	http://acx100.sourceforge.net/
deals with the TI chipset for Cardbus cards, no idea if it supports USB as
well.

Be aware that the USB1.1 of the dwl-120+ might limit the data throughput
for 22 MBit/s connections.
