Scanning?

Hi guys,

I finally got some time - and now my TopCom Skyr@cer 3511 (usb device)
works like a charm with 2.6.3-rc2 and the latest at76c503-rfmd driver
(1371:0002 - I see this was added for some other device so i didn't have
to add it).

I was wondering if the driver will support scanning - or is there some
other way I can see what AP's are available? I would very much like to
be able to just "point'n'click" to connect to open AP's (like in a
school or in the airport) without having to know the ESSID and network
range beforehand. 

I've only used the card in Ad-Hoc mode and that worked fine.

Also do you know if kismet, airtraf or airsnort will ever work with this
card? (ie. is it the driver that is missing some features - or will the
hardware simply not support it?).

Thanks for a great driver - I'm soon going to set it up as an AP (since
hostap won't work I guess I'm going to use Ad-Hoc mode - any advice?)
and then only enable IPSEC traffic through the device ofcourse :)
