Installing under "damnsmall" linux

Hi,

I have a D-Link DWL-120 USB wireless adapter, which
works just fine with the at76c503a driver (it shows up
as the "-i386l" type) under Mandrake 9.2 and Knoppix
3.4.

But, I am trying to get it to work under a tiny distro
called "damnsmalllinux".  I have installed (I think)
the necessary compilation tools but get a whole series
of errors - as in attached GIF file.

I am pretty new to linux and am hoping that someone
with more exerience will look at the error and say
"you need to install widget-1.7.5" or whatever.

Any help appreciated.
