Have a look at the Atmel WLAN chip family at http://www.atmel.com/dyn/products/datasheets.asp?family_id=657 IMHO the chance to have an Atmel chipset inside your device is rather small (unless the manufacturer put some additional chip inside): the only Atmel chip with USB are the AT76C503/505(A), which lack any on-chip Ethernet interface.
