how I install atmel 504+2958 driver on redhat 9.0

hi all, I am a newer and try to install 504+2958 driver on redhat 9.0. 
when I execute "make config" and select 504+2958, I don't know why
redhat show

grep: /lib/modules/2.4.20-8/build/.config: No such file or directory
scripts/setup.sh: line 116: [: -eq: unary operator expected
root dir of external pcmcia:
pcmcia include dir  /include does not exist.

but I already download and install pcmcia-cs-3.2.5

where is the pcmcia include dir /include I can find?
