Thanks for the help Joerg.  That's pretty good evidence that it is a
Prism2--though the linux-wlan-ng drivers won't load for it :)
THere's something about a Zydas 1201 that won't work with the drivers--I'm
looking into it, but I won't bother the Atmel list further.

So...
741-UI seems to be Atmel
741-UIC seems to be a modified Prism2
