If reading the FAQs and searching for your problem in the mailing lists's
archive didn't reveal anything useful, come back with a post in decent
English (including a meaningful subject) and describe your problem
including:

- driver (Sourceforge, Berlios) and version
- steps taken by you
- output of commands etc.
- problem encountered
- a *stripped* copy of your syslog if appropriate

This will increase your chances of getting an answer in the mailing
list (not from me, as I don't run Mandrake 9.1, haven't got the Inventel
nor run the Sourceforge driver).
