at76c503-rfmd beacon drop, have error log

Hi,

I have a Belkin F5D6050 usb adapter, and Dlink 614+ router. Running on 
Debian distro, kernel 2.4.18.

Problems:
1) iwconfig: returns 0 link quality all the time, signal leve varies from 97 
to 122.
2) cant get stats
3) Mounted a folder to windows, tried copying files from windows, so I guess 
heavy traffic. After copying for a minute, it says lost beacon, and the 
copying fails. The ssh session I have opened windows is still alive. This is 
easily reproducable.
