Get HW config failed (-75)

Hi all,
I've installed at76c503 frm cvs version on fedora core
4 kernel 2.6.11.
When usb device is plugged in, then there is an error
: at76c503.c: Get HW config failed (-75).
if I lsmod the device is detected.
But when I ifconfig wlan0 <ip address> thereis message
: tx transmit timed out.
I used an OEM usb wlan (no vendor named). When i use
this device in Win XP, it is detected as an Atmel
FasVnet 505a.
What is the problem?
