No idea why the changed driver does not claim your device, but IMHO
there are more problems ahead: 3eb/7602 does not contain a AT76c503a
(Stavros, please correct me), but a AT76c503.
Try Google for 0x7602 0x3eb to find some old discussions on a DWL-120 with
the same ids, e.g.
