RE: TRANSFER OF US($35.5m) US DOLLARS INTO YOUR ACCOUNT

After due deliberation with my colleagues, I decided to forward to you this  business proposal, we want a reliable person who could assist us to transfer  the balance sum of twenty one million five hundred thousand U.S dollars  (US$35.5m) into his/her account. This funds resulted from an over invoiced  bill from several contract awarded by this committee under the budget  allocation to my ministry, and the bill was approved for payment by the  concerned ministries. The contract has been executed commissioned and the  contractors have fully been paid their contract entitlements. We are left  with the balance of Thirty Five million five hundred thousand U.S dollars as  the over-invoiced amount which we have deliberately over estimated for our  own personal used.  

We now decided to contact you so that the reminding balance funds US$35.5m  will be transfer to your nominated bank account for us all as soon as  possible. Under our protocol here in Nigeria the code of conduct don’t allow  us as civil servants to operate foreign accounts. This is why we had to  contact you for assistance. We hope our funds will be safe in your hands. We  have agreed to share the money as follows

(1) 30% for you (Account owner) 
(2) 60% for us
(3) 10% for expenses (in the cost of this transaction) 

As you may wish to know, we got you contact from Nigeria Chambers of  Commerce and Industry.  This transaction is 100% risk for, I and my  colleagues has put on so many years of service in our ministry. This is the  only opportunity we have and we cannot afford to miss, so we do not want  anything what so ever to jeopardizes this transaction. You have to maintain  confidentiality in this transaction.

To get this funds transfer to your account, you have to send immediately the  following documents. (1) Bankers name and address (2) Your bank account  number, and routing code number (if any) (3) The name of the beneficiary of  the account (4) Your private telephone and fax numbers for easy  communication. 

Note: This information will enable us put up a formal application of claim  for the final approvals of the funds from the concerned ministries within  2-3 working days. Thereafter, final instruction shall be given for the  release of our funds.
