Help required for Network card driver

Dear Members,

I have Linux redhat 9 (version 2.4.20-6) on P4 machine. My machine has a
Broadcom network card 440x 10/100 Mbps. Linux is unable to installed its
driver automatically.

I searched the Broadcom.com site and found the bcm4400 tar and rpm files,
but it contains source code file that is 'C' files and makefiles. To compile
these files need source code of kernel Linux 2.4.20-6. I do not have the
source code of Linux kernel.

Can some one send me the compiled bcm4400.o file for redhat Linux 2.4.20-6
os version?
