PCTV hybrid pro stick 330e DVB don't work

I need help.
I buy this stick because it is on supported cards list.
But DVB don't work at all.
I use a 2 days compilation of V4l-DVB.
System : Archlinux 2.6.31

When i load em28xx_dvb, i don't have /dev/dvb/adapter0  !!!!

I read on ubuntu forum, that a patch exist for kernel > 2.6.30 but i don't find it.
