[eepro100]sporadic hangups

Hi All, I'm experiencing sporadic lockups, which I've concluded are due to the problems covered here regarding the eepro100 chip/driver. I was using the driver RedHat distributes(v1.09 w/rev.1.36 by Andrey Savochkin), and I was unaware of the sleep mode setting in the EEPROM. I've changed those two things, and that seems to have had a positive effect, but I was wondering one more thing. Below I've included the output of "mii-diag -v -D eth0", and I was wondering if I needed to do anything regarding the connection speed. I noticed that at the end, autonegotiation had not completed, but that a link of some description was established. The communication does seem to be happening well enough, but I'd like to avoid potential problems. Do I need to force a 10BaseT connection, or is the driver handling this just fine by itself?
