Dear List, I have some Intel GD82559 cards, which are not stable at high load. I heard, that maybe somewhere in the world is a 559 that IS stable. For an investigation, can somebody send me an eeprom dump of a stable card? Intel EtherExpress Pro 10/100 EEPROM contents: Station address 00:05:B7:00:38:0E. Board assembly 618106-021, Physical connectors present: RJ45 Primary interface chip i82555 PHY #1. Here's how I check the instability. It seems to be quite the same as in our application, where we have to transfer data with TCP sockets.
