There are no error messages reported via syslog or Console #10.

I had compile errors since I didn't have the respective .h files
(pci-scan.h etc.).

Now I could compile, install and relaunch the new modules, but the
situation didn't become better ... I still see dropped packages:

64 bytes from sg0 (192.168.2.1): icmp_seq=362 ttl=255 time=0.211 ms

Maybe it's a hardware problem, as Andrey suggested, but I have already
exchanged cables and switches, except for the mini PCI card itself.
