It's possible, but first
  Why do you want to do this?

Almost every reason that people give for wanting to do this is deeply,
fundamentally flawed.  Really bad reasons are
   Channel bonding
   Temporarily pretending to be another machine
   Testing DHCP servers

All of these can be done by temporarily changing the MAC address with
  ifconfig eth0 hwaddr ether 00:11:22:33:44:55

Do you have a good reason?
