eepro100 driver changes in 2.4.19 from 2.4.17

Hi,
  I noticed that in the 2.4.19 code, in the 
speedo_interrupt() function, the call to
speedo_refill.. () has been moved after the
call to speedo_rx().

I was wondering if there is a reason for this
and if this fixes anything.

We are experiencing very random memory corruption
in the skbuff and are wondering if this change
is related to the problem we are seeing.
