We are developing/modifying drivers for this family of Intel parts, and have found the best (only?) documentation is through an Intel 'Secret/Confidential' document: 10/100 MBIT ETHERNET FAMILY SOFTWARE TECHNICAL REFERENCE MANUAL Rev 1.1 Ref No OR-1861 You have to go through your Intel rep and sign off some NDAs to receive it. It probably contains the information you are looking for versus the datasheet which only vaguely specifies necessary information to program and use the part. Can someone point me to the document which has all the "command unit command" and "receive unit command". I downloaded 82559er datasheet from Intel website but that doesn't have this info. Thanks, Lomesh
