eepro100 napi driver for 2.4.22

Hi!
I've googled, but didn't find anything useful. I've found eepro100
driver for 2.6.x kernel in main NAPI distribution (found at
http://orr.falooley.org/pub/linux/net/), but it doesn't apply cleanly to
2.4.22 kernel. In the README file I've found that backported driver
could be found at http://orr.falooley.org/pub/linux/net/, but this site
appears to be down. It is not indexed by google or web.archive.org, so I
am stuck.
Somebody knows where can I get this driver? If so, please point me to
the right web page or ftp site.
Sorry if my post is offtopic, but I haven't found official NAPI web page
or even mailing list, so I posted to this list.
