PHY settings (10/100 FDX/HDX)

Granted that one should never have to do this,
but given that a customer requires it be dynamic,
I thought I'd "honor_default_port" in speedo_open etc.
Compile-time complaints about dev->default_port.
Should this be "sp->default_port"?

There seemed to be issues with mii_diag slamming the PHY
in the middle of transmissions on a busy system too...
