Problems with the driver

I have installed mandrake 10.2 on a hp e-pc 40 this has got an on board
network card, and mandrake detects it as eepro100, the card seems to
transmit but will not receive
Has anyone had similer problems???
i cannot copy the whole logs from the machine as i cannot connect the the
net, so i'm using a diffrent computer, here anre some bits i have noticed
though.
dmesg says
