Problem on Intel S815EBM1 Mainboard

Hello,

I have problem with my Intel S815EBM1 CPU running Mandrake 8.1 (kernel
2.4.8-26).

Anybody can help me, because it can't make FTP connection and I have to run
crontab to restart network every 20 minutes.
