First of all: is there a special reason why you didn't use the 
standard-epic100-driver found in the kernel sources? 

I assume you use Red Hat 7.0, don't you? I don't know the Red Hat distribution 
very well - but I'm sure they'll have a precompiled epic100.o for you ready 
to use.

If you have a reason why you must use the drivers from scyld.com, then I'll 
try to help you with these - but using the precompiled binary from Red Hat 
will be much easier...
