Phone recommendations for picture retrieval

I have been using gammu for a few years to send and receive messages via my
computer through an old Sony Erickson phone.  I would like to be able to
receive pictures that are sent to this phone, however, the phone itself
cannot receive pictures. I have contacted my service provider T-Mobile and
despite trying by sending the phone download updates they could not get it
to receive pictures. After a few tries they told me that since it was not a
T-Mobile phone they could not gaurantee 100% functionality.

Can anyone recommend a phone that works well with gammu/wammu that would
allow me to receive photos.  Once I know of some good phones I will look on
ebay for one that was once a T-Mobile phone.
