hi. if i understand what you want to do is create a new entry on this link
[1]. For get details about your device (zte-z431) follow:  1-install gammu
2-configure gammu (gammurc config file with option textalldate for full
log) 3-issue gammu identify (gammu -c /path/to-your-gammurc-file identify >
file-with-your-results)   see your gammu logfile (declared on your gammurc)
and file-with-your-results that was created using > (redirect output
option). using this you could see all parameters, details, etc about your
device.

use gammu manual for learning options and see this [2] for example
