Gammu 1.37.0 for Windows

Hi, let me to intruduce mysqlf.
I am Angga Lisdiyanto, S.Kom. I want to ask here.
I wonder why Gammu version for Windows is stuck at 1.33.0 version?
I was compile the 1.37.0 version of Gammu with Visual Studio in
Windows, but it seems have a differents folder structure. Is that fine
if i just copying these compiled files separated into Gammu 1.33.0?
