look at this source [3] maybe your case, in some situation your sendtimeout
for one message may too long (greater than your parameter "
refresh_send_status" giving this kind of "dead lock".
verify carefully what is your version of mysql because there are many
improvements on date-time-miliseconds since mysql 5.0 - 5.7  [4].

you could handly your parameters and follow with logs all your
orchestration.
