Huawei E173 USB dongle and SMS problems

Hello,

I have a Huawei E173 USB dongle and SIM card inside. I want only to receive
SMS. I don't want to connect to internet over dongle. I receive always
error messages in log file:

It seems that the dongle replies to command AT+CPIN?
