Sending sms in arabic language

I am using windows 10 as operating system. I converted from utf-8 to Unicode and then send. MY problem is that despite service calls and firmware updates from my service provider, T-Mobile, I am unable to get the phone to receive images. Can anyone reccommend a phone that can definitly receive images that works well with Gammu? Or would a Modem be better? If so which one?
